Designing and developing a multi-industry, customer-facing AI agent capable of both text and voice-based real-time conversations. This AI system integrates advanced validation and analysis layers to engage with business clients (such as hotels, restaurants, and other industries), providing seamless communication solutions that support business leads and customer interactions. The core focus of my work is ensuring flawless, no-mistake behavior, as even a small error can result in lost revenue for our customers (businesses). To achieve this, I prioritize precision by implementing multiple layers of guardrails, deterministic checks, and validations to minimize risk and ensure reliable interactions.

Joined a rapidly growing alcohol sales company with a small team but significant revenue. Their operations were bogged down by routine tasks and inefficiencies. My role involved automating key processes with AI to streamline their workflows, including: Automating email analysis and classification, injecting relevant data directly into the business pipeline; Intellectual analysis for incoming documents, automatically reflecting the data into CRM and ERP systems for seamless integration; Optimizing inventory management, including pulling and structuring inventory data, analyzing trends, and generating actionable reports for decision-making.

Joined a high-revenue marketing agency with a disorganized IT infrastructure and data management system. Designed a consistent, user-friendly UI to prevent further inconsistencies and ensure smooth operations. Reassessed and restructured their entire data framework, migrating data to a more organized and accessible system. Implemented consistency checks to identify and establish accurate entities for auditing and compliance. Applied audit findings to streamline processes, eliminating manual tasks by integrating automation solutions, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy.
